X-tra Action

Although I'm not one for horror movies and tend to enjoy a sappy Rom Com or Teen Angst movie over most genres, I do love a Superhero movie. Sometimes, the more unbelievable, the better. I know these three types can be very formulaic, but if you can't count on "guy gets the girl" or "good guys win", what can you count on?

Yesterday, Johnny took me to see X-Men 3 (I know there's a more official name, Bill, but I'm too lazy to look it up) and it was fabulous! All the new mutant characters, special effects, ass kicking, a blue wolfy Kelsey Grammar, and surprise (after the credits!)... what's not to like?

Not much going on besides that this weekend. Grilled some yardbird on Saturday. Knit some washcloths. Bought some cheap summer wedge sandals at Target. How was your weekend?
