Low Key Weekend

It was a pretty uneventful weekend. Friday Night Dinner with my parents. Saturday, I stayed home all day just hanging out, did some laundry and cooked dinner. Sunday, we ran a couple errands and re-organized some of the kitchen cabinets. We were invited over to Freddy's to have some of Kevin's famous sausage pasta and watch the MD game tonight, but John's been sick since Thursday, so we decided to stay home.

Saturday was a really freaky weather day. It was sunny and warm one moment; then the wind and clouds rolled through, then it was sunny again. I took some cool pictures of the HAIL that fell during one of the crazy weather spells, with sunshine 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, Blogger isn't cooperating with the picture uploading right now.

Those of you who have known me for a while have probably heard me talk about how I have enough socks and underwear to put off laundry of those items for a good month or two, if I had to. Yesterday's laundry day included washing everything - whites, lights and darks. Normally, if I don't really have enough for a full load (whites, lights or darks), I put off washing that load until the next time or so. Anyway, it's been a few months since the last time all my socks and underwear (except the ones I wore yesterday and today) were clean at the same time. It's also sad to note that I really had to cram them into the drawer.

Well, I guess I'll go watch the last 6 minutes of the MD game... and hopefully sleep! I hate re-adjusting to the time change. Hope everyone has a good week!
