How to Bojangle a Burger
I hate when I come up with witty titles for blog posts and then forget them the next day when I sit down to blog!!!
Sunday, I took out some ground beef from the freezer to make spaghetti sauce for Monday night dinner, but John and I ended up going to the Greene Turtle to meet up with the Gill family, who were visiting from Arkansas. Sean set it all up, as many of us will be unable to attend a party on Saturday in honor of the Gills (hosted by the Strickers). Tuesday, we had dinner with my MIL at Bertucci's. Well, something had to be done with the ground beef, so Wednesday was the day.
Since we didn't have any burger buns, I decided to form the beef into burger dogs. I seasoned the meat with some Adobo, pepper and a little Worchestershire. Mine had chopped onion in it too. Johnny's not a fan of that much bojangling of his burger. They were yummy, despite looking like turds on the grill:

Laugh if you want, but if these were made of pork, you'd just call it sausage and they'd be perfectly normal eaten in a hot dog bun!
