What's That Draining Noise I Hear?

Finally, my head cold is under control!!! I had a stuffy head all last week and Friday, it was at its worst. Nothing seemed to help. I took some "Psuedofed" (generic grocery store brand) before going to bed Friday night and that seemed to do the trick! Still feeling a little stuffy but at least my nose has stopped behaving like a leaky faucet. How does the body produce so much snot?

Not much going on this past week or this weekend. John was on call 3 times this week and William invited us over to Robert & Pokes' last night for a little BBQ and Basketball, but I was still feeling a little stuffy. Being home all day allowed me to work on a little something I started Thursday:

It has been a really fun project to work on so far. I made a cabled cami last summer and sent it off to my cousin in Chicago. Hopefully, in the end, it will fit! I forgot I wanted to make the sleeves longer than they picture (in the mag) and didn't order enough yarn. I want to see how much yarn will be left when I get to the sleeves, but I'm pretty sure I'll need to get some more.

Well, it's off to grill up some hot dogs for my hubby. Chili cheese dogs tonight for dinner. It's a great afternoon for a cookout!
